We work in narrow trenches along the pipe routes, not across the whole plot. We route around existing beds and mature plants already at the design stage. We level and re-seed the lawn afterwards where needed.
Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, and our installation carries its own warranty on top. Seasonal service (spring start-up, autumn winterizing) also catches any issue early, before it shows up on the grass.
A typical garden is finished within a few working days. For large plots, we split the work into stages so you can use part of the garden while we finish the rest.
We confirm the price in writing before work begins, based on an exact survey, not a rough guess. What's in the offer is what you pay - any changes beyond that scope are always discussed with you in advance, never sprung on you in the invoice.
