During standard communication via contact forms, we do not store your personal data in our database. The system generates a code that immediately sends the message to an email server managed by WebSupport. Your data does not remain recorded within the website's system.
No Disclosure to Third Parties
Your private information is safe with us. Under no circumstances do we provide, sell, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing, commercial, or any other purposes. Your data is used exclusively for communication between you and Polievam.
Newsletter Subscription
The only exception where we store data in our database is when you subscribe to our newsletter. In this case, we keep your email address so we can send you the information you have expressed interest in.
For your maximum security, every such email in our database is encrypted using the powerful cryptographic tools of the Laravel framework.
This means that even in the event of unauthorized access to the database, it is impossible to obtain your email address in a readable form.
Your Rights
Even with encrypted data, you have the right at any time to request its permanent deletion from our database (the "right to be forgotten") via the link in every newsletter or by sending a request to our contact email.
